Inicio Financial Management Administration of Payments
Administration of Payments PDF Print E-mail

Has it ever occurred to you to relieve your business of the tedious task of making all the payments to your suppliers on the dates their invoices fall due, paying your employees’ wages or paying the debts owed to the social security or tax authorities?

All this payment management constitutes the second element of our financial management practice area. It starts once the first phase is complete: the purchase orders.

Hence, once a purchase order has been approved and sent to the supplier and to the Office, we have all the details of the services or articles that will be invoiced by the supplier at a later date. When the supplier sends his invoice, we will check that all the details – invoice total and due date for payment - coincide with the details approved in accordance with the corresponding purchase order. If they do, we will go on to process the corresponding payment order on the remittance date assigned to it by reference to the due date of the invoice.

If there is any discrepancy between the invoice and purchase order, the payment will be blocked and the Office will make contact with the supplier in question directly in order to clarify and resolve the differences that have arisen.

Once the payments have been processed and have been debited to your bank account, we will immediately record them in your books so that the company’s accounting records are up to date at all times and reflect the current situation with the bank, thereby preventing cash accounting differences arising and the need for bank reconciliations.

The aim therefore is to outsource the payment area in order to free up the resources of your business so that its core resources can be concentrated on the most productive areas from the point of view of business profitability.
