 Over the course of our first 17 years in business,

we have developed intensive expertise in the preparation,

use and regular presentation of corporate reporting systems,

out of which we eventually created a quick and easy-to-use

tool running under Excel, which we registered under

the trade mark of e-Reporting P@ck®.

□ Primary function

The aim of e-Reporting P@ck® is to provide the

group with the Subsidiary's performance picture

on a periodical basis, based upon both

static and dynamic analysis.

The information provided by e-Reporting P@ck®

is available to groups, who either have recently

set up their international activities, or who would like

to complement their group financial packages with an

additional view on their Spanish Subsidiaries' performance.
