Subsidiaries
provide us original/emailed documents such as bankand credit card statements, invoices and bills, payroll slips and summaries, banking
vouchers, contracts, etc. These are commonly provided twice a month, depending on groups' requirements.
□ Documents filing & storage
We keep documents received with a tracking number and date stamped on every one,
and once posted, they all are kept in our files to make them easily accessible
at any time through our accounting software.
□ Posting & scrutiny
All transactions are then posted on the accounting books
(like billings, purchases,loans, interests, invoices from vendors, leases, payroll, investments,
intercompany transactions, taxes, accruals, deferrals and other
back room operations. Account scrutiny services include
the final review of the books of accounts (Ledgers, trial balance & bank reconciliation).
□ Accounts receivable & payable management
Tracking the accounts receivable and accounts payable separately,
in order to enter the remittance payment phase.
□ Payroll processing
Performing the scheduled tasks under the monthly payroll
processing, based on the payroll schedule provided by our labour contractors.

Conversion of accounts into the International Financial
Reporting Standards, when applicable.
